  16. M·O·R·A·B·I·S - I - The Quest for the Amulet of Sae'Gore.

  18.   - WHAT IS IT?
  19.  
  20.     o. Morabis is a role playing dungeon adventure game. You have been
  21.        sent on a quest to find the Amulet of Sae'Gore. But the Amulet is
  22.        hidden deep within the depths of Castle Morabis! And down in
  23.        these depths you will encounter hoards of monsters, Boss
  24.        monsters, lava, traps and dark dungeons!

  26.   - HOW DO YOU PLAY IT?
  27.  
  28.     o. Morabis incorporates ULTIMA technology into a wonderful dungeon
  29.        game - this means that your player has a view screen and a status
  30.        screen. From the view screen you have an overall view of your
  31.        surroundings, walls, dungeon, monsters, lava, doors, keys, water,
  32.        portals and so forth, and, your player cannot see over walls and
  33.        some objects (such as dragons!)
  34.     o. Your player begins on level one and must battle down through 25
  35.        perplexing dungeons. Every fifth level is a boss monster waiting
  36.        to be defeated. Your player finds and uses armor and weapons, the
  37.        further down the better, and in addition, can find and use 20
  38.        potions, 33 scrolls, 7 wands, 19 rings, a melee of useful
  39.        fountains & ranged weapons (such as bows, arrows, slings,
  40.        crossbows).
  41.     o. If your player DIES (as often it will), you will be resurrected
  42.        just as you died at the start of the level (no starting over!)
  43.     o. The object is to seek out and find the Amulet of Sae'Gore, and
  44.        return to the surface world ALIVE...

  46.   - WHAT IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH?

  48.     o. Morabis is compatible with all IBM compatibles, 8mhz, CGA+
  49.     o. 1.2 megabytes of hard disk or floppy space.
